Where can I find answers to questions about the functioning or installation of my product?

For questions about the installation and/or operation of your product, please refer to the frequently asked questions on the product webpage. The easiest way to find your product is to enter the item number or product name in the search field and to then select the product.

How long is the warranty for my product?

All of our products have a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years. In a number of cases, it is 3 years. Within the product’s warranty period, all repairs which meet the warranty conditions are free of charge. If it is not possible to repair the product, you will receive a new product free of charge.

My product is broken. What can I do now?

During the warranty period, a faulty product must be returned to the shop where you purchased it. In a number of cases, they may refer you to us. If the product meets the warranty conditions and the warranty period has not elapsed, the product will be repaired free of charge. If it is not possible to repair the product, you will receive a new product free of charge.

Where can I find any instructions or downloads of my product?

You can find the instruction manual on this webpage by entering the product name or item number in the search field. An instruction manual is also included in the product’s packaging.

Where can I buy Byron products?

You can only order accessories and spare parts via this website. To buy our products, please visit one of our sales points. If you have any questions regarding the purchase of your product, we recommend contacting the sales point where you purchased it.

I have ordered an accessory or spare part, but I am not happy with it. How can I return it?

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you have ordered the wrong accessory or spare part, or if you are not happy with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days.

You log into your account and go to “Request return”. Follow the on-screen instructions and click “Finish”. We will then assess your return request. We will contact you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from us within five working days, you can contact us yourself.
